MSCC has established the Ernest A. Mosher Memorial Award to honor Ernest A. Mosher and his many contributions to mourning stamps and covers.  This annual award will be presented to the author of the best article or contribution made in the preceding year to Mourning Notes, the club’s quarterly newsletter.
